We started a blog in January 2009 called the "Gluten-Free Edge"...as I became aware of being gluten intolerant through functional medicine testing and my mother became aware she had it too via her symptoms. The GF Edge blog flourished for several years with lots of recipe postings and networking with other bloggers (mainly by Mom) as I entered TCM school a year later. Here's the first couple of years: https://gfedge.wordpress.com/about/
However, after moving the domain to a low-cost hosting service, and we enjoyed several years with our website, it was besieged by hackers and eventually, I could not fend them off. The stolen domain initially showed up as registered in China, and now, resides in Iceland. I currently use Google Workspace as my hosting service and keenly aware that nowadays you have to pay for that kind of protection.
Well, here we are again...ready to enjoy what happens here in the Well Design Life Kitchen. I have a gluten-free Micro Bakery dream, so let's see if I can pull off (eventually) GF sourdough bread.
